Level three is about being inspired by other people's gifts. Starting with extemporaneous truthful monologues, students will explore and heighten the source material to create scenes that can stand alone or function within a larger performance piece. Longer scenes will require active listening and choices that are grounded in honesty. Students will approach improvisation as a form of self-expression. (Previous Levels required)
Upstairs at 3708 Main St,
Houston, TX 77002
*** In order to pass Level Three Improv, you must have your teacher's approval and no more than two absences. You must attend at least two improv comedy shows during your eight week course. Attendance for the 1st and last class is very strongly recommended.
